We're here for rangatahi aged 13–25 and their whānau who are affected by screen addiction, gaming, or gambling harm.

If you are 26+ the Problem Gambling Foundation may be able to help.

Our services are professional and completely confidential. We recommend at least 6 sessions for the greatest benefit.

We provide counselling in person, by phone, text or video calling for rangatahi and their whānau.

Our youth mentors are trained youth workers with lived experience of managing their own screen use, gaming and/or gambling. They can help you set goals and develop strategies that are tailored to your needs.

We are a non-profit organisation, but there are sometimes costs associated with out service.
